M’Baye Niang looks set to snub a switch to the Premier League after admitting his interest in a move to AC Milan.

The 17-year-old looks set to leave French side Caen after they were relegated from Ligue 1. Arsenal invited him for a trial in the summer but they couldn’t agree terms.

The Gunners’ north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and English champions Manchester City have also been linked with the striker, but the player has other ideas.

The Frenchman now seems set on securing a move to the Serie A giants after visiting their training ground.

“I was so impressed, it’s magnificent,” he said, adding: “I am really interested in Milan.”
