Westminster athlete finishes second in his 110m heat

Londoner Lawrence Clarke qualified for the semi-finals of the men’s 110m hurdles.

Clarke finished second in his heat with a time of 13.42 seconds on Tuesday morning, placing him behind USA’s Jason Richardson.

Clarke will now compete in the semi-finals tomorrow [Wednesday] at 7.15pm, with the final to come later in the evening.
