The school, in Langham Road, Tottenham, threw open its doors to the community for this year’s Parkstock event.

Pupils and residents enjoyed musical performances, art exhibitions and costumes from around the world.

Park View pupils were also joined by Year 5 pupils from a variety of Tottenham primary schools, including Downhills, Welbourne and Chestnuts.

Headteacher Alex Atherton said: “It’s about ripping up the curriculum and teaching each other about our cultures. The kids celebrate the diversity of the school and they learn about each others’ cultures.

“Staff turned up in their national dress, there were flags everywhere and music performances from X, Y and Z.”
