A fork lift truck driver killed himself after taking a cocktail of drugs, an inquest ruled.

Daniel Devlin McLeary, 61, of William Street, Tottenham, died of an overdose after taking a fatal mix of sleeping tablets, alcohol, valium and antidepressants.

Peter Straker, deputy coroner at North London Coroner’s Court, ruled at the inquest on Monday that Mr McLeary had killed himself at his home address on August 31.

His epilepsy also contributed to his death, he ruled.
