Plans for seven flats and a studio in Tottenham have been approved.
Haringey Council’s planning committee gave Tottenwell Ltd the go-ahead for the development at Victory House, in 865 High Road, Tottenham, on Monday night.
The plans include the addition of two extra storeys to the two-storey detached Victorian building, as well as an extension at the rear. The shop on the ground floor will retain its commercial use, sharing the space with a residential build in the rear extension.
In her monthly blog, cllr Claire Kober takes a look at the High Road West scheme, which is open to public feedback and could help to regenerate the area around White Hart Lane stadium
