Police were called around 6am on Sunday after reports of gunshots in Lawrence Road, N15.

Emergency services found four injured men, all thought to be in their 20s or 30s.

One was taken to an east London hospital suffering gunshot injuries. He remains in a critical but stable condition, police said.

Two other men are believed to have been stabbed and they remain in an east London hospital in a serious condition.

The other man, who received head injuries, was taken to a north London hospital and was discharged following treatment.

Police say the incident may have arisen out of a function taking place in Lawrence Road.

Officers from Trident, which investigates gun crime in London’s black communities, are appealing for witnesses to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

There have been no arrests so far.

Police say there is nothing to suggest this incident is in any way related to the fatal shooting of Ali Armagan in Turnpike Lane on February 1.

Road closures around the scene are likely to continue into today.
